Pastor & Mayor supports Issue 19, funding for the needy.

Pastor Larry James along with Mayor Frank Jackson of Cleveland Ohio, add their support for Issue 19, a health and community services property tax. Issue 19 will pay for services for needy people in Cuyahoga County. Those services include day care, hot meals for seniors and treatment programs for emotionally disturbed children.
